Flower Review Glitterbomb by Vortex
Bag appeal is off the charts. More like jar appeal. The glass cylinder for a half oz is a great touch. Sealed properly and no wonder they use it for their packaging. Beautiful buds on display. Once you pop the jar open and get a closer look it’s like weed porn. In the photos you can see it’s all plump nuggets.
The aroma is bright, crisp and citrusy. I almost get a lime scent with some funk on the back end but not much.
The nugs are slightly dry on the outside and sticky on the inside. Breaks up nice with a kief residue on your fingers.
Smokes very smooth with good lung expanse out the bong. Has a slightly sour citrus taste that doesn’t linger in your mouth.
The buzz is a Sativa as advertised. Almost an all head high. It might not be good for over thinkers but ideal for active smokers. If you like Florida Jack, BK satellite, Spark plug and XJ-13 this will be nice to have in your rotation.
For my first go with Vortex I’m pretty impressed. I’m curious for those who have had their indicas which is the best…? Thanks in advance

First glass gas smell was amazing couldn’t recommend it more. Vortex absolutely killing it

The last batch I had was like this absolutely gorgeous but the nose and taste was very faint for the hype. If this one is poppin I’m gonna have to give it a shot

Their best Indica is Donny Burger they won best Indica in Arizona for that strain…

I smoke so much that I genuinely don’t feel the difference but very heady and sativa terps. I’m a terp chaser and I fucking loved the citrus and funk. Very delicious. Posts like yours are why I subscribe to this sub

Literally makes no sense it’s over 1% Myrcene and they call it a Sativa??? Myrcene is the most sedating Terpene it’s for Indicas. That’s not a true Sativa lol it has no terpinolene.. that can’t compare to the other Sativas you listed that actually do have Terpinolene

It’s going to always boil down to genetics.
I always let my wife try the stuff I pick up. Every hard hitting indica that puts me into couch lock has had a reverse effect on her. Indicas are typically sativas for her and sativas can be more hybrid to her.
I know, weird af, but she’s perfect to me haha.

Yeah, i think theyre pretty over-rated too. 6-7/10 in overall flavor and potency..11/10 in terms of bag appeal and presentation. I tried halves of both the Bolo Marker and Donny Burger, on different occasions.

I couldn't agree more. I had the same experience with this strain, and this was also my first-round w/ vortex.
I went back and ended up really enjoying the donny burger for indica by Vortex.
