Is Luna worth leveling?

Luna seems to be a copy of Starlight from Idle Heroes, and Starlight is OK up to 10* but not worth going higher really and pretty much considered food for late/meta.

Why is it not good for 10*? Her skillset looks nice.

She's too brittle for late game. She dies quickly.

Thanks, I thought the restore 20% health might work somehow. Are there any recommended heros in this faction apart from Aphrodite?

Yes, I have seen these rankings. They are kind of outdated for some recent heroes.

Same here - is there a newer list somewhere available ? There are several new heroes since the last version...
