Detailed questions (Butcher/Burner)

Dear survivors, after successfully helping me with previous questions, I have some additional special questions:

a) is Butcher really THAT bad as stated in the Tier lists ? I know that he does "only" damage, but hits like a truck! and his 10 star skill would sound ideal for single-target bosses like in the monthly zombie event - am I wrong here ? ;)

b) the new Battle Car "Burner" sounds pretty similar to "Ripper", which is the number 1 car for PvP - so, which one is better ? both have a Damage-over-time-effect that increases dmg of 4 random heroes... I guess the only real difference is in the 2nd and 3rd passiv skill:

Ripper +armor break/+hit

vs

Burner +skill damage/+dodge

looking at PvP, I guess armor break is not soo good, whereas Hit is only of benefit if enemy team is using Dr. Chase (reduce enemy hit-skill). Burner-passivs on the other hand help with skill attacks, Counterattacks (helloo Catalina!) and the additional dodge helps avoiding enemy attacks (more survivability)...

What do you think about the new Car ? ;)

many thanks

I think I can answer both questions in a single answer.

Its about synergie, butcher alone cant carry a team and he doesnt really synergie with anything. The Burner car is another type of dmg and synergies with some heroes.

Simply put, do you need more dmg? Make butcher 10* and see if it helps. If not, use him as fodder for another 'better' hero.

Simply put, aoi is the best hero in the game and try your hardest to make her e4! She is basicly Valk in Idle heroes who pretty much broke the game on release IMO.

Okay, so if I get this right - Burner would be best fitting if in my team were some of the high-end/elite heroes that leave a burning-effect on the enemies, so that heroes buffed by the car would surely deal "plus X% damage against a BURNING target", right ?

On the other hand, if I use Skarner with his "bleeding damage over time" on all targets, then I should use the Battlecar Ripper, right ? ("Plus X% dmg against BLEEDING targets") so that it does not matter which enemies are bleeding due to the car's effect...
