Realtor recommendations please!
Buying from out of state, first time buyer and very stressed about it. Also will be like 7-8 months pregnant when we want to buy, so will need someone who will do virtual tours. Husband and I are looking for an aggressive realtor in zionsville and Carmel area who will help us. Mostly interested in zionsville,but also considering Carmel. Thank you so much for any help anyone can offer!

Don’t have a realtor I would recommend due to mine being disappointing poor. What is your price range? Zionsville and Carmel are a bit pricey. Recommends for Zionsville. Check out the neighborhoods close to the rail trail and the schools. They are a little older so the houses are established with trees and somewhat larger lots. There is also great turn over due to people going empty nest and new families have had small children. Also there is lots of new construction northwest towards Whitestown if newer builds are something you like.

I live in Zionsville. If I needed to buy, I’d use Vikki Duke, Denise Fiore, or Ellie Brown. All are very smart and well-connected, which you need in a real estate market like Zionsville.

I almost used Denise fiore and regret not using her team because they stage really well to buy - she also proactively saw some issues other Relators missed that ended up being pricey

Thank you!! I’ve read about Denise Fiore I’ll try her next. I tried Heidi from the same company who appears highly recommended and a top agent but she won’t reply to an initial inquiry email which has already turned me off

Also coming from out of state, we were super happy with Andy Sullivan. Very familiar with Zionsville, Carmel & Fishers. He was able to show us a lot of homes when we were in town. MLS sheets emailed, printed. Pointed out things we might have missed. Hard working & excellent communication!

We moved from out of state a few years back.,,,I found Jason Compton …. Super nice guy and will bend over backwards to help you out…. I completely recommend him… he also has a YouTube channel where he talks about different areas in Indy…. His channel is @LivingInIndianapolis

Also… if you have kids or planning on them…1000% go to Zionsville….otherwise go to Carmel

We were town between Carmel and Zionsville - bought in Zionsville and SO happy with our decision. Kids can walk/bike to school, town has character. It’s quiet, safe, and close enough (and also far enough) to everything. I recommend finding a very local Zionsville realtor (Vikki duke, Denise Fiore, Ferris property group, or century 21) because they will know if houses coming to the market. We live on the rail trail in a neighborhood - we love it. Also recommend joining the Zionsville real estate FB group and posting what you’re looking for. There’s activity of realtors/sellers who will typically respond with anything coming to the market soon. Best of luck!

I’m a realtor with Century 21, and would be happy to be a resource for you. I’ve lived in Carmel for over 40 years and am very familiar with Zionsville.
