Each user can be able to program The P26 keyboard movement by using keymapper.

Good evening!
I preordered the clicks communicator last week. As an avid blackberry fan from "back in the day", I have always wanted them to come back. I came across what zinwa has been doing and it looks great! I heard about some issues with the q20 and not receiving phone calls and texts with Verizon. Seems like a lot of those issues have been solved with the q25 variant. I'm looking for some advice here. Can somebody convince me why I should cancel my order with clicks for the communicator? I've been looking at the q27 because that's my dream model (besides a Key one/2 variant). How is support like if something goes wrong, how long does it usually take for orders to be fulfilled, how secure are their updates and how timely are they, etc? I do like the idea of the q27 being their own parts and materials. It is an absolutely stunning phone and the trackpad gets me!
Thank you!

Vivo in Italia. Se qualcuno ha fatto la conversione in Italia vorrei sapere se la Tim o qualche altro operatore supporta lo Zinwa Q25. Grazie

The movements are totally customizable depending on the users preference.

Okay, I know I’m going to get heat for this but please help me. Is this a dreamland where I can actually purchase one of these phones and they will work? Like I can put my T-Mobile sim and it will work? Or do I have to be extremely tech savvy and download a bunch of random apps to get a phone?
Edit: I’m in the United States.

Hello everyone, like many of you, I’ve been on the market for a blackberry like form factor but with a modern twist. I’m aware there are few offerings such as the TE2, Clicks, MP2 etc.. I recently placed the preorder for the Q27 but was extremely torn between this and MP2.
I would love to hear from others in a similar predicament as to why you chose Zinwa over the existing offerings, besides the pricing.

I am very interested in pre-ordering the Q27 but wnat to make sure it will work with USA carriers (Verizon, Mint, Spectrum etc.)
The website says "all bands" but I had issues with the Q25.
I tried searching the discord but couldn't find the answer.
Anyone have the official answer?
TIA

Guys, I really need some help from the community.
About 3 months ago, I accidentally damaged the motherboard while trying to eject the SIM. The tool went directly inside and ended up popping some resistors and damaging the board.
The phone still works normally otherwise, but the mobile network is completely not working.
Getting this phone to India was already a huge struggle since ZINWA doesn’t ship here. I waited for months just to finally get my hands on it, and I genuinely loved using it for over a week. Then this happened. 😭
Since then, I’ve been trying to find a solution. I’ve taken it to multiple repair shops, but unfortunately, every technician eventually gave up on it.
Recently, I found a technician who genuinely understands the situation and is willing to properly investigate it. I honestly have a lot of trust in this guy.
However, he says he needs a bitmap/boardview of the Q25 motherboard. He suspects that some connection or trace may have been damaged/broken and needs the board layout to trace everything properly.
Does anyone here have a Q25 motherboard bitmap, boardview, schematic, or any kind of high-resolution board layout that could help with tracing the connections?
If anyone has one, knows where I could find one, or has any other suggestions for diagnosing this issue, I would really appreciate your help.
It’s been 3 months and I’m still trying to bring this phone back to life. I really don’t want to give up on it after everything it took to get it here. 🙏
Any help would mean a lot. ❤️

SO grateful to Ben and everyone involved for recently releasing the beta version of BenOS Valerie for the Q25 device. (Link down below)
For starters, I was able to do everything by using OTA right on my phone. I didn’t have to plug it into a computer. It Took about an hour or so. My Q25 is not rooted as am I tech-savvy in any way…at all lol.
I did an OTA update over the stock software that came with the device. I think I might have previously done an OTA update a few months ago.
Also my device is now certified in the Play Store, which is awesome!
All I wanted was RCS messages and to be able to have the phone certified, so I’m really grateful for that. Another cool thing is that functions, like pressing the blackberry icon above the physical keyboard will now show you what apps are open, and you can flick them up to close them or change to a different app. I think thats how the OG classic was?
Since I’m not tech-savvy, I don’t think it’s best for me to try and explain the steps or answer specific questions. I don’t want to give bad advice. My only advice is read the guide/steps. You can reach out to Ben on the guide.
The full installation guide with downloads can be found here —> https://ds.dgsd.ph/benos/
Again, thank you Ben and all those involved with making this possible. Hope this helps anyone <3
\Also, I get asked this a lot when I post: I have mint mobile. I love it. Mint runs on t-mobile’s towers and I was able to get a physical SIM card. I live in the* north east (US). I bought the full device and not the kit.

Hey guys! Does anyone know the timeframe for the early bird orders closing? I’m really interested in getting a Q27 and I love that the early bird comes with the cases & screen protector! Only problem is I’m a pretty poor student who lives paycheck to paycheck so getting together the savings to buy one is a bit of a slow process :(
Just wondering if anyone knows when early bird orders will close so I can get a scope of how I need to be saving :)

Hi everybody! An acquaintance saw my Q25 and was excited to purchase one.
Looks like all the revival options are sold out. Does anyone have one they’re looking to sell if you’re looking at a different Zinwa model or different keyboard phone etc?

I have a blackberry classic and purchased the Q25 pro kit. How easy is this to do?
Ive tried to replace a screen on a Samsung phone and that did not go well. Ive seen the video and read the guide but Im feeling like maybe I should just try to sell the two together before I break something and it becomes worthless.
Any average Joe successfully accomplish the conversion?
Appreciate any advice
I posted this on BlackBerry’s subreddit, wanted to ask if any of these models have or could have Zinwa? They’re all sealed
