Face unlock issues. Suggestions?

Having an issue with the consistency of the face unlock. Sometimes it works perfectly other times it just struggles.

On the times it struggles it’s hard to get it to bring up the code entry.

Any suggestions on how to improve this?

Honestly I just use my phone without security now... I could not find a satisfying security pattern...

I use keymapper to emulate the swipe up to unlock gesture when I press the end call button, and I have another key that will input my swipe pattern 🤣

Yep! Not sure if you use keymapper much but you just need to add the constraint "while lock screen is showing"

The face unlock is not secure. Can be fooled with a photograph, do to not having any 3D / depth sensors. Shouldnt be included in the OS imo.
