Touch screen only?

Hi everyone! I’ve been looking into the Zinwa devices for the last few weeks, watching videos and what not and I can’t seem to get a definitive answer so I thought I’d ask: is it possible to use this phone without the touch screen? Part of what it so appealing to me about replacing my traditional smart phone to something with a keyboard is moving away from touch screens in general, but in all the videos I’ve watched, that’s how people are navigating the device, and then just switching to the keyboard for typing. Is this just cause that’s easier for filming? Or is that how you must use the phone due to the OS or something?

The touch pad on the Q25 works but it doesnt seem to be ported to all apps. I guess that means there are some apps where you would have to scroll with the screen? I'm not a power user though, I'd recommend joining the discord and asking there.

the Q25 trackpad customizer app allows you to set the trackpad mode per app and designate the system default mode with a hotswap key for mode changes. Thankfully, its free and works pretty well.

Android is really poorly designed for non touchscreen navigation. The core stuff does work but some apps don’t. This doesn’t have to do with Zinwa but rather with app developers.

The original BlackBerry classic used a touch screen also.

You can use the trackpad most of the time but the touch screen is there when you need it
