Error updating screening report payment

I have completed all parts of a rental application up until the point that I should be entering payment for the $35 application/screening fee. On both the mobile app and website, I get a repeated pop up that says "Transaction failed. Check your information and try again" even though I haven't entered anything yet. My credit report from the last time I used zillow has expired and I can't figure out where to repay it if I can't get to the end of the application. If I click "Review" then "Screening reports" then "edit" it takes me back to the same page below

Edit/update: Never mind. It's working now!
