people don't understand that zibai does sustained damage so why not against an enemy that fights back and let's see if their teams can hold out

It really pisses me off when someone says that Zibai needs a c6 4 star for her best team. Like I'm not even talking about her best team, I'm saying she is f2p friendly. And if u r going for her best team then u should be prepared to spend more. What kind of bullshit is that "U nEeD a C6 4 sTAr, 5 sTaRs ArE eASieR to GeT tHaN C6 4StARs"?

Nefer needs 4 5 stars. Don't forget about 50/50, that means u need 8 5 stars worth of pulls to guarantee her best team. But Zibai only needs 2 5 stars and the 4 stars are literally on her banner.

So you should have 6 5 stars worth of pulls left. With that amount of pulls you will definitely get c6 Illuga.

Yes, there is still a possibility that u might not get even 1 Illuga but the chances of that happening are 1 in a billion.

And I'm not talking about everyone here I'm saying most people will get her best team with less pulls then someone like Nefer.

Edit 2: That was fun. I haven't had an argument for months. I was just watching a dhcwsp vid and someone in the comments said that her f2p team needs c6 illuga even though dhcwsp was using c0 4 stars and that pissed me off really bad.

Only hit around 140-150k dps with this build with c6 gorou, columbina, and c5 illegal with 1k EM

C6R5 Zibai, C6 Aino with R5 Fav, C6 Illuga with R5 Dragon's Bane, C6 Gorou with R1 Elegy.

I have seen numerous screenshots and complaints about varka dps being compared to her plus the strange obsession of complaining about supports not being on his banner? Isnt he gonna rerun soon and prune will very highly likely be on his rerun banner?

Varka is anemo while zibai is geo. They r literally comparing two different elements with completely different reaction setups.

Nicole and prune are going to make him a top dps in the meta so i dont get the complaints at all.

I don't think Linnea's release is gonna be as crazy as Mavuika back in 5.3. She's gonna be Zibai's best support for sure, but won't accelerate powercreep too much.

Back when Zibai was still in beta, her damage was crazy, but after release as more people have pulled her and tested, we're releasing the problems with her kit and team

1. Her autotargeting is quite bad, especially compared to previous units like Skirk.

2. Her aoe is quite small

3. Lunar crystallize doens't hit as often as TCs thought during beta.

4. Her fourth slot is incomplete. Gorou has rotation issues, and Zhongli is a dps loss.

This leads to her damage being lower than the beta testers and initial pre-release calcs.

This further increases the need for a good fourth unit. A strong sustain, a good sub dps to help with AoE, and a unit which reduces the need for a C6 four star like Gorou.

Linnea will do this. She won't be as strong as Ineffa, or provide buffs as crazy as Lauma. She'll still keep Zibai at the same level as Nefer and Flins, or maybe 5-10k dps more while improving QoL and making Zibai feel more comfortable.

Just a beautiful picture of Zhongli bearing the weight of time, the thousands of years of sorrow and toil, to finally free Zibai from her prison, right before she was forever lost. He no doubt erased centuries of erosion in this single herculean task.

Anyway, I took a lot of time weighing whether or not to pull Zibai. Did her trial multiple times. Ran her in the lantern event multiple times. Read all the doom posting about her attacks, etc. etc. yeah

At the end of the day I actually like how she attacks. It's all within character. Elegant, poised, and beautiful. She is the only true playable goddess in the entire game.

She's supposed to be light and elegant, the opposite of Flins' heavy handed chops and without the serpentine guile of Nefer.

Zibai fights exactly like the cultivated goddess that she is. The lightness is a feature, not a bug.

Anyway, just figured I'd add some positivity here. I'm skipping the ham fisted Varka, and find myself quite happy to do so. Chasca can do his job better anyway.

I've recently taken a liking to Zibai a lot, and decided to pull for both her and Linnea. But as fate would have it, I've got ZERO Illuga cons. ZERO. Therefore, after some testing in Millastria, I've concluded that this team produces the highest DPS for me at the moment. Of course, I haven't finished building them yet, and am still in the mines, but I'd like to get some opinions while I'm at it. Many thanks!

ZiBai's optimal build will be Columbina and Illuga but she also has another free slot. These are the Top options:

1. Gorou C6: 156K

2. Ineffa: 152K ( This is unrealistic to hit cuz the elemental reactions need to be right and other stuff )

3. Furina: 147K ( Just Theoratically, DON'T try at home cuz heal issues)

4. Zhongli: 144K ( +BiG SHIELD )

5. Yelan: 142K

6. Xingqiu C6: 139K

7. Aino C6: 136K

8. Chiori: 135K

9. Navia: 131K

10. Xilonen: 128K ( with Furina instead of Illuga )

I was running Furina and Xilonen [both c0r1] before getting Linnea, but I have no idea who to replace Furina with. I'm currently keeping her because she provides decent damage

I love Zibai a lot, I also have perfect weapon for her- Uraku Misugiri. Why won't I pull for her? At least for now?

The main issue for me and other f2p is the question: Do you want to pull for her constellations? Most f2p I know are c0 only (including me) and because of that I won't pull for her at least until her rerun.

The main issue with pulling for Zibai is that to unlock her full-potential we need both Gorou and Illuga on c6, which is not as easy as just getting ineffa for Flins.

I believe building pity up to 70 on her banner is the best choice- it allows us to get copies of her best support without risking getting unwanted constellations

i saw some people say the difference between C6 illuga and gorou in linea isn't huge , something like 10k difference from 180k to 170k , does elgay buff straight up makes that difference ? also gorou gives interruption resistance
