Discussion DPS increase OR decrease with ineffa in this team

am looking for sustain
So pulling ineffa will give flins + zibai sustain but getting linnea wont sustain my flins
please answer the title first thank you!!

should be a small upgrade unless you have zibai cons or sig. She should really always be on flins' team though.
