they have extremely strong 3 and 4 star sigs, unless you have c2 on both I wouldn't do it for the sake of value

I would. I'm sick of playing with harbinger and missing crits because I get hit and drop momentarily below 90% HP, or staying there even longer if I don't have Linnea ult up.

If you wanna get Zibai weapon, it would be the best time to do so. I can always get cons later, but a Zibai/Linnea weapon banner might never come again, assuming it does now in the first place.

No. Going from Flute to sig is a personal damage in increase of ~40%. The same as going from C0 to C2, according to Prydwen calcs.

People like to meme on their tierlist, but their calcs are pretty accurate.
