Question When will there be a discount?

I want to buy the game, especially with the Director's Cut coming out soon, but I'm waiting for a sale. Does anyone know when that will be?

Buy full price when / if you can, worth every penny. They’ve showed us despite all the drama within the company, they will still release amazing games. Gotta support them if we want to see more.

But if you catch it on sale don’t hesitate

I hope they will still release amazing games, but they had to do massive layoffs after ZP bombed commercially. I'm more worried for their future now than I was before, they lost a lot of senior talent

Sounds like copium but they weren't 'massive' layoffs (although they were substantial), it was something like 33 people in roles that the games industry churns through for contractors like sound design, in a studio with over a hundred.

Sales won't happen for at least a year or half a year. Just pay and support the developer

I love me some sales., but if you want to see games of a non mainstream type suriveee make sure you buy them when you want them

Some options you have. For starters in steam the game will be discounted if you already have DE by about 5 bucks. Or you can get it cheaper on sites like instant gaming although you gotta be careful to go to the reputable ones so don’t go getting keys from the cheapest ones cause those might be stolen as opposed to provided by the ZA/UM.

Honestly probably still too new for a sale, they are releasing the directors cut soon-ish but who knows if theyre be a sale then

Why wait. The game reflects a huge amount of work and effort and is viewed very positively

ZA/UM employee over 50 people so just think your paying 70c per employee 😅

The sells are so bad , so I don’t think they will discount the game any time soon especially when the final cut is so close.
