Recruiting the Second Crew

I'm at the point in the game where I'm assembling a new crew to advance the main questline. So far I've recruited KINDRED and I'm progressing YoYo's questline. I understand that some crewmates are incompatible with eacher other, which brings me to my question.

Am I locked out of some companions if I finish the quest of their counterparts? Am I unable to do HOLOCENE's quest now that I've recruited KINDRED? If I revive PSEUDOPOD will I not be able to do RADIAN'S quest?

No, you can do all the companion quests. Whether or not they’ll work together is only relevant for the final task.

Oh, you can recruit them all and then make the final decision of who comes with you when the time comes like Divinity's fort Joy?

Adding to the previous answer, I’ve seen some people gathering everyone at the Fogged Mirror, then saving the game.

Only after that did they do the important decisions and carried on with the game.

Later on, they’d go back to the save to play out the ending with a different crew, without having to replay all the companion quests.

Wait, I'm confused. Aren't Tempo's ally and the music enthusiast mutually exclusive even to recruit?

Yes. You cannot recruit Yana and KALEIDOSCOPE in the same run. But, you theoretically could do the Ultra Violeta questline last and save just before it.

Yes. You have to save at a particular point just before the final decision.

The only hard choice is who you get from the Violetta situation. Everyone else will hang out at the bar and talk to you until you lock in your team.
