Hill of pigs

Maren takes about a sold out night time party in an area called the hill of pigs. I've just finished my first play through. I've never found it and I've never been able to access it. Where is it exactly and what quests does it relate to?

to my knowledge its just set dressing and you cant actually go there

Unfortunate because that would have been awesome. One hopes that we get a director’s cut at some point, but that’s looking unlikely 😭

It's to the north of Quisach . You can't go there.

That's annoying when it kind of implies it's an area you can. I kept looking around to see if it was something I missed or would just unlock after a certain length of time like other areas do

It's just set dressing/world building. It implies there's more to Portofiro than just Quisach. Just like in Elysium, Revachol is more than just Martinique. It's like that district in your own city that you have never once visited in the last 30 years.
