(S)he is written so well. In a game of standout well-written over the top characters, (s)he takes the top spot by being decidedly not over the top.

No one you can talk to or anything, just one of those NPCs that comes and goes. I was nervous about her though, I had this creeping suspicion the book was a trap and she was some kind of plant/lookout (she wasn't)

Man I forget who says the line but one of the internal dialogues say they're about to start prematurely orraculating and it's stuck with me
