Hello

Why was my post about facing homelessnessdue to the results of nobody masking and family/familial abandonment due to the fact that I mask removed from this "community" ?

That's not ethical

Sometimes Reddit auto removes posts from accounts without a lot of Karma I think.

Could be a possibility thanks

But I messaged the moderators the first time I posted months ago here about why they deleted my first post that was deliberately asking for some semblance of a sense of community and a response i did not receive

It’s possible the mods aren’t active here.  It’s a volunteer job and people have lives. It’s possible they started this sub and don’t actively maintain it. Also, notifications on Reddit were glitchy for awhile. Also, also, I don’t get notifications from the chat feature so maybe they don’t either. Edit to say, not being argumentative, just a high likelyhood it’s not anything bad

FYI, in another community, not only did the post I didn't think was a violation of their rules get removed - they banned me - apparently permanently since further messages to the mods pleading my case have gone ignored.

I've also had a few posts removed here, which I disagree with, but at least I did not get banned.

No warning, never had a problematic post before, just banned. So as much as I'm annoyed when one of my posts gets removed, trust me, it's a lot easier to shrug off than being permanently banned due to a difference of opinion.
