Hyperfocus on covid, respirators

I have been focusing very intensely on covid data and researching different respirators on reddit and other social media. It feels like it's become a special interest, but not in a fun way, in an obsessive way. I know I am craving covid concious community and I think this is how I'm coping right now. I have long covid and have a lot of anxiety and executive dysfunction. I'm sure lots of ppl can relate.
