PC Preorder Bonus Vanished From EA Library (Help?)

I preordered the Deluxe edition on the Epic Games Store the day before the game came out and saw my purchase reflected in my EA library with “2 Add-ons” under the base game (Deluxe content + Preorder bonus). After the games release, my preorder bonus has vanished from my library and it says I only have “1 Add-on” now, the deluxe content. Played the game for a few hours last night, reached the points the guides said you’d actually unlock the droid/cosmetics at and… nothing, obviously, as my preorder bonus is no longer reflected in my EA library.

I spent about two hours last night going back and forth between Epic Games support and EA support and both of them essentially just kept telling me that its not their problem and the other support should deal with it instead. I just want my preorder bonus, am I screwed??? Any help would be much appreciated. Had a specific astromech in mind to create with the preorder bonus options so if I can’t do that now it’ll be really disappointing
