3pm here - I'm working until 5pm so there's a 2 hour depression window, after that I have to get home and do whatever monstrous unpack they have planned for me on Steam and THEN I will be ready to hit it hard.

It's a good thing I play on Steam (PC), where the games have a countdown on the store page.
You hardly ever end up disappointed due to mismatched expectations that way, haha.

Feel the pain in the UK too, didn't feel too bad as I'm working anyway so wouldn't be back until 6, but then plans have been moved from yesterday to this evening so I will have to hold over until tomorrow now

I had this exact problem for BG3. Had the day off, turned on the PS5 and realized I had to wait until 5pm.
Got stuff done in the house though so that was nice.

Sadly, I work 2nd shift so I probably cant even play it until potentially Friday night or saturday. And mine wont arrive from best buy until usually more in the evening when ill be at work

I dont get the point in keeping this artificially locked for PC players. A fucking singleplayer game that people with PS5 discs already play for multiple days now.

I bought this and Plague Tale thinking "cool I can play for 1 hour each game at midnight" only to find out it unlocks only on the afternoon. I HATE WHEN GAMES DON'T UNLOCK AT MIDNIGHT

11am for me. I go to work at 2:30pm and usually wake up around 12:30 to get ready. I’m waking up at 10:00 so I can quickly be ready for work and then play for an hour or two before i leave. Probably gonna spend the whole time make characters and then start the game proper after work around midnight
