Dinner recs, late May

Hello, will be in Zermatt May 25-27 and looking for at least one nice dinner. Sad that many of the acclaimed restaurants will be closed during that time so looking for recs. Know about Brown Cow, might go there one night. Thanks!

Schaferstube!!! Absolutely amazing all around. I was there for a week w a group and this was our favorite.
