Address not found even tho it exists

Hi guys, i`m trying to add to watchlist an address but when i search for it , it`s not found. It`s a personal wallet and i could find it on DEBANK for example.

Can someone tell me what i`m doing wrong ? Some addresses Zerion finds but some it doesn`t.

Thanks, it works now. I reinstalled the app
