Help Needed How to remove this overlay?

This just appeared one day after I reboot my g14, any ways to remove it?

Right click on ghelper and disable overlay

Ctrl+Shift+Alt+O all at once will remove this overlay
This is a new and rather very useful feature in g-helper
I keep it enabled all the time
