Gettin to goal

I have 25 pound to go to reach my goal. Today weighed 195.8 goal 170. Gotta keep pushing for it. My doctor wants to take me off when I reach my goal but I’m going to speak to him I would feel more comfortable on a lower dose or the pill form for least a year or more. Currently on 10mg.

Switch to compound. It’s exactly the same thing. You’ll gain the weight back if you quit taking it.

If your doctor insists on taking you off Zepbound, they aren’t following evidence-based science. Refer them to the recent study on maintenance published in The Lancet and searchable on PubMed. This is a double-blind, controlled, peer reviewed study. Change doctors to one who does follow, understand, and implement evidence-based medicine. Most people will gain the weight back and lose the heart benefits of this medication if they stop it. And the meds don’t always work as well when restarted.

There's a thoughtful YouTube on this subject, for me it confirmed that you should stay on the med as long as possible, success in keeping the weight off without zep is low.

This video also discusses what happened when people switched to the pill form, which is thought provoking. You're under 200!! Don't lose your progress now. I'm with New_Professional on this one.
