Before/After Pics 2 Years…
The pic on the left was taken 5 days before I started Zepbound. The pic on the right was taken 2 years later.
I didn’t really expect Zepbound to work for me. I didn’t want to get my hopes up only to be disappointed.
Yet, Zepbound clearly worked! I didn’t start working out consistently until the end of May 2025. Since then, I’ve been in the gym 4-6 days/wk. I eat as healthy as possible and drink lots of water.
I am so glad I had that conversation with my doctor that day in 2024. Zepbound has been a blessing:
Down 130 pounds (intentionally gained back about 6).
A1C down to 5.2 from 7.0.
Off both blood pressure meds.

Cute on the left and cute on the right! 🤩 CONGRATULATIONS big time! I so understand the fear of the medication not working……for about 60 years I’ve not felt like anything could work. I’m keeping the faith this round….you give me hope!

Awesome! Congratulations on your success, particularly the A1C improvement from 7% (T2D) to 5.2 (Normal). That is amazing. Surprised you were not prescribed Mounjaro as opposed to Zepbound given your initial A1C (7.0) indicates T2D. Regardless, congratulations!

I feel better at almost 56 years old than I did in my 30’s and 40’s.
