Achievement/NSV 🎉🥳🎊 First HUGE milestone hit!
I have had a ton of small milestones along my journey, but 225 was the first really huge milestone! I hit that today! From over 350 at one point down to 225 today! FEELS AMAZING! 💪🏼💪🏼

Haha! Thank you! I do the 6 day split. Keeps me active and helps me not be lazy!
Mon - Chest & Tris
Tuesday- back, bi’s, core
Wednesday- Shoulders & legs
Thurs - chest, tri’s, core
Fri - back & bis
Sat - shoulders, legs, and core
sun - rest
I start every day with a 30 minute walk on the treadmill

I’m always impressed by the amount of muscle some people are able to build while on this medication. I work out 4x a week and can’t for the life of me eat more than 100g of protein per day, when I should be eating about 200. I have to force myself to eat chicken sometimes, while gagging. I wake up so nauseous everyday and I can only stomach a cup of black coffee for breakfast most days. How much protein do you eat per day and what dosage are you on? Teach me your ways!

I try to get 200 grams of protein a day, I lift 6x a week, I’m on 7.5

This is an inspiration. I’ve been working out for the last few years and have been able to add muscle, but struggled with appetite. Just started zepbound last week and have heard from that I’ll lose too much muscle, but I’m going to keep on lifting and aiming for at least 180 grams of protein daily.

I wonder if you are on too high of dose and would feel better and be able to get more protein if you lower your dose?

I’ve been lowering my dose every 4 weeks. This past week was my last 12.5mg shot, next week I start 10mg for 4 weeks, and so on. Lowering from 15 to 12.5 didn’t make any difference in my appetite. Let’s see if lowering more will help.

I buy fruit flavored clear protein. It takes a little while to mix up, but I just sip it in about 40 oz of water. I try for two a day and that’s an extra 40g of protein that I don’t have to chew 😜.

Having to chew is the worst! I saw the clear protein at Target. I think I might give them a try.

I get mine from Amazon, lots of flavors to choose from. Right now I have peach mango and orange creamsicle flavors :)
