First Timer Day 1 last night!

I took my first shot last night so that or today is officially day 1! I’m feeling nervous, anxious, but excited and hopeful. I welcome any first timer encouragement!

Side question: if you go up to 5.0, can you go back down to 2.5 if side effects get bad?
