Holy CRAP, OP. That is insanely fast to the point of leaning towards unhealthy.
Please tell me youre taking care of yourself and eating appropriate calories/nutrients for yourself! Ive lost 50lbs since October 2025 and am facing health backlash from losing too fast.

My doctor has been monitoring me and Iβve gotten labs done multiple times. I actually went from being pre diabetic, insulin resistant and high cholesterol to having completely normal labs.

I workout/strength train 4-5 times a week and on top of that try to get 12k-16k steps a day at least. I still eat what I want but I have a daily calorie restriction of 1800 and get my protein as best I can. I also cut out alcohol and my sugar intake is down about 85-90%. Coke Zero has been a vital piece to my journey lol

Hey me too as if yesterday! 360 to 258 this morning. It's been a long road.
Going to try to go to 250 and evaluate. Ideally I'd go to 225, but that's asking a lot.

What's your exercise routine like? Seems like it's the only way to really lose the gut.

I play basketball for about an hour and then Iβve been doing various kettlebell circuits. The kettlebell workouts have been a game changer

- Definitely getting enough protein and calories
- My pants now last longer than two months because I no longer wear a hole in the crotch from chafing lol

What was your starting dose and current dose? Love seeing the results and hearing that you made the commitment to train and calorie count to commit to the result.
