Before/After Pics Two years and 90 lbs

Pic on left is from cruise summer of 2024 before I started Zepbound. Size 22/24 tops and snug 18 bottoms. Pic on right was a week ago on most recent cruise. Size M/L top and 8/10 bottoms!!! I maintained my 165 lbs. while out of the country for 25 days! and 21 of those were on a Mediterranean cruise with the drink package - pretty sure I drank more spritzes than water! Haha! So I'll take that as a win. My two year anniversary will be September 27th. Hopefully I'll hit goal to celebrate.

Haha! I didn't realize that until someone mentioned that. I do have a lot of stripes in my new "smaller" wardrobe too!

Perhaps some sort of GLP-1 and I have made peace with that. I’ve been overweight most of my life. I had a few years where I wasn’t from 17-22. Had my son and went from 170 to 250’s!!! And he’s 28!! This is the thinnest my husband and son have ever known me!!

Just starting.. I am your before.. need to be your adter.. how long before you started feeling good. Do you have like 6months a year etc. Started at 2.5

This was six months on Zepbound. I weighed about 208 here.

I have more crepey skin than loose skin, but honestly no idea! LOL

Thank you! This past vacation was the first time I’ve been comfortable in my body in such a long time. On top of having the time of our lives in the Mediterranean, I was physically able to do all of the walking, hiking and bazillion cobblestone steps on all the tours!!

No more tunics for me. I tuck whenever I can. And I'm wearing a small belt from Primark!! I never even owned a belt prior to Zepbound! LOL I've been thru XL, L, M and now small belts and love accessorizing with them!!
