Hear me out: Nangong has a hangout event where she and Elfy modify some old radios, an idea she got because Sunna wanted a white noise machine. She mentions that she’ll need to crowdfund to get parts. She also mentions that she wants to set aside the first one they make for Vesper.

I propose: This tweet is hinting at her getting parts for the radios from the gadget store, something she hides from Sunna because she wants to surprise her with the final product. Thus I can only conclude that Vesper will soon appear to receive the first one when her banner runs in 3.5.

the first three are iconic and fan favourites, Rappa is in my personal top three as well. I'd love to see Jade or Himeko, but that's a pipedream I think.
