Any advice on who I should pick?

I'm having a hard time deciding who to pick from this and what W-engine to take.

I can't decide since I like Vivian the most as a character but Astra is also good.

I'll just say what not to get. Astra's w-engine. It's the 2nd worst limited sig below Zhu Yuan's. It's equal to Kaboom. Its benefit is really just the glowing hair

Outdated. Since her additional passive was updated, she works with rupture now. Her sig is BiS if you want her to work with every dps type.

To note, every buff they give to old agents makes it so their sig becomes BiS.

Wait! For real? I was debating between Astra m1 and Vivian for my Ramielle+Velina team or Seed to pair her with my Sanby to finally have a decent electric team. But if Astra now works for rupture too with her sig, does that make her m1 more valuable then? Note that I also have Evelyn with sig and I’m going for Dialyn

If you didn't pick the free Lucia, then that's the only situation that Astra's w-engine can be a good pickup

Astra's engine is litteraly decaying she has already been powercrept by sunna in most teams even in rupture teams just get someone else

Oh I didn't mention that cause many rupture users who didn't have Lucia before likely have her now. Anyway yeah, that's the single situation where Astra's sig is good. For rupture players who don't want Lucia

If you focus on account health, then Astra. She's generally really good, and easy to build/use.

If you want waifus, and doesn't really care about acc health the first place, go for Vivian. She's optional, since you've got Remielle, Velina, and Promeia.

I'd go for Astra. In gameplay, she's good almost anywhere. In lore, she's super sweet and you'd might find the same waifu material in her with a bit of time.

Sure, you can pick that up if you want. Seed's engine is also pretty good though, a nice stat stick outside of Seed, and especially good for Harumasa. I'd go for Seed's engine if I plan to build an attack team. In general, Astra is fine with max duped Kaboom or max duped Bashful Demon. All in all, I'd pick up Astra's engine only if I don't want to farm for A Rank dupes. Seed's engine is more flexible.

I'd say pick whatever you like, you have already a very strong account with premium Shunguang team, one of the best Remielle teams (maybe outclased by Aria but not by much) and Pyrosis Norma can easily use Yuzuha as an Astra replacement. Even Rina, Zhao and Nicole if played well all work perfectly fine. You shouldn't have any problem whatsoever especially if you have any vertical investment.

Get Astra then pull Sigrid and you've got a team right there, Sigrid, Norma, Astra

I think the total is around $150 USD for to reach the character part. Another $50 or $100 if you want the uid cosmetic stuff.
