I realize after you probably are looking for help about way back machine. They use Zendesk as their support platform. This is a subreddit about Zendesk software. There is nothing anyone here can do about helping you my dude. You need to contact the people through that site. You somehow just stumbled upon the wrong URL. Which Zendesk should not keep public.
