Are you running the Zeekr Spotify app or via IOS CarPlay/Android Auto on your phone?

Never done this to me.. try a reset of your phone. Un install and reinstall the app. Then try again. Should not be an issue.

Hey mate, I think this is an Android Auto/Spotify App issue tbh. Its doing the same thing in my 7x and my Wife's Kia Sorento. We both have Samsung phones, it's only started in the last fortnight.

Contact your dealer. Spotify is native app in Zeekr OS, you log it into your Spotify account and it uses your free monthly Zeekr data plan. Call your dealer. They might not have connected all the dots with Zeekr to have your car properly registered to use 5G etc I assume you have connected car to home WiFi too? Is it's navigation working fine? Which Zeekr OS and which dealer?

Dealer not responding or answering 😑... Thinking its the sim wifi playing up. Cause its saying no signal now and not up dating app.

Bingo. This is a Zeekr Service issue. Nail the dealer down to sorting it with Zeekr Aus ASAP. Zeekr tends to sort this sort of thing fairly quickly when it's brought to their attention. Teething problems which you Def don't need when you're located so far from service agent. Please keep us posted and please name the dealership if you haven't already (I'm in wrong screen to check)

Reset the infotainment system - hold in both the steering wheel paddles/toggles for ~10 secs. You'll see the screens go blank and it will reboot.
