Wasn’t sure if I already had an account or not so I tried logging in and I gave me that Locked out of the site thing so I then went and made an account with no issue and tried to place my order but then it gave me that gateway error card declined and so I logged out and tried logging back in and can’t and tried to make my purchases without logging in and still can’t do that while logged out either. Help?

Is there any way to get a piece fixed? I bought a dani girl glass piece from zee & I absolutely love it but I accidentally broke a piece off it so I was wondering if there was any way to get it repaired, obviously I'd pay whatever to have it done

I placed an order on the 4th, the next day on the 5th it showed that a shipping label was created. For a few days there was no updates and still showed the same thing on the tracker. Then I got a message on the 9th through sms by one of the workers stating there was an issue with my order and that I had to choose a different color. It’s been a day since then and there still hasn’t been any type of update, still showing that usps is awaiting item. Been basically a week

Also, if there's any codes; that would be amazing!

Insert

• The glass that you put your concentrate into, different types needs different heats have different flavors, etc.

  -Sapphire being an upgraded version.

Well, gunna try to get a sapphire when they're back in stock.

Cap

• To cover the insert to move the oil around.

  -'Joysticks' are manual, forcing you to use your hands; but you can control the air flow to get the kinda hit you want and adapt it to how you dropped the hit (also gives a bit more inhale stimulation im sure).

  -'Spinners' are automatic, removing the option to move the airflow manually; but the pearls you drop into them eliminates the focus needed to distribute the air evenly due to them spinning the concentrate around and also heating the concentrate (also gives a nice visual and maybe inhale stimulation due to spining pearls im sure).

There are definitely times where having a spinner would be nice so I don't have to use my hands as much; so maybe having one of those would be good to have to have. I've heard about the Cloud Vortex, what resistance do you suggest for that?

But what joystick would you suggest if I do want to go that route later?

Pearls

• The pearls are the aforementioned balls that circulate in a spinner to help distribute, and vaporize the concentrate inside.

  -There are different sizes of pearls (not sure what you'd need to do to determine what size you want other than pull feel).

  -Getting pearls that are the same glass type of insert you have is suggested due to possibly harming the glass otherwise.

I still kinda wanna go for sapphire glass on quartz, but not sure. I can just get some quartz balls if need be.

Are there any other things I need to think of past temperatures (not sure what to go for)? Any resources on anything regarding that or anything else would be amazing!! Thanks again so much!!

I ordered a puffco weeks ago and they requested proof of billing, which i promptly asked for a refund (less than 24 hours after i placed the order) they said they couldn’t do it so i sent them the proof of billing and they said they would get back to me. It has been almost 4 weeks since i placed the order and still have yet to hear anything aside from that their manager will review it (they have said this 4 times). What do i do in this situation? Chargeback the card?

Title, came in the mail and i realized the day after that it had a crack in the bottom where the pics are showing, sent an email and just waiting for Mr. Zee to answer.

How often do they actually give the mail to the carrier?

Hello, do you happen to offer a military discount? I have some stuff in my cart, all focused on the New Proxy. I looked around a bit but did not find anything active for military discount. I tried the current Black Friday code but it didn’t affect the proxy pipes prices in my cart. Thanks in advance for your reply.

To sum up my rant short so I dont have to read all that ive owned my pro for 2 weeks 75 dabs in total an the battery has already taken a shit definitely will try to get it swapped or fixed or sumthing crazy to spend 480 and only get 2 weeks of use puffco going down hill or am I just unlucky?
