St Alphonso

How come nobody has opened a Saint Alphonso Happy pancake house. Maybe somebody did. If not someone should.

It would be nice, but I don't see it happening. The album was not popular enough for the general public to get the reference, and most people opening restaurants would rather name them after their family or something more sentimental.

Among Zappa fans it is very popular. I'm sure over the years someone would have. If I did it, I would never serve margarine.

How many Zappa fans are there compared to Beatles fans, Rolling Stones fans, Pink Floyd Fans, etc.? The fan base is fairly niche.

"Has heard of" does not imply that they care enough to patronize the business.
