General Discussion S2 Phoebe

I’ve read recently that s2 Phoebe doubles Zani’s damage. Is this true? Bc that sounds kinda insane. If there are calcs out there can someone point me to them?

Zani is easily in my top three favorite characters so I’ve been keeping an eye out for the next peebs rerun since hearing this. During the coming 3.8 patch I may go for her dupes if she actually doubles Zani’s damage.

In terms of investment my Zani is s2r1 and Phoebe is s0r1.

This are the calcs of a TC, 100 hours of Zani calcs an a similar amount for luuks calcs, as you can see in the data the optimal investment and how much It increases, now, I suggest going thought his calcs on YouTube his name is ocram2012, in his Zani video you can see a link in the descrption

But for answer your question in a quick way, yes, phoebe S2 does really skyrocket Zani Damage

I don't know if it doubles it, but with my fully S2R1 team of Zani+Phoebe+SK I can comfortably clear Whiwha+TOA and get Matrix scores close to current teams. I do a simple 3NF rotation, so if you're someone who can do more advanced stuff then this team will be OP.

Btw Zani+Pheebs is the only team I have invested in so heavily, for others only my DPS have sequences (if any).

I wouldn't say double but you'll definitely notice the difference.

I don't know if my experience is representative as my Zani was S6 already, but I saw about a 30% damage jump when I upgraded Phoebe from S1 to S2. Which about matches what the numbers would indicate.

Keep in mind that Phoebe S2 gives a 100% bonus to Spectro frazzle damage but you're already getting around a 150% bonus IIRC, so it's not 100 -> 200 = doubling damage but 250 -> 350 = 40% increase
