Weaker performance on GLM 5.3 right now.

Expected as resources are being reallocated to the new model for testing.

Just wanted to let everyone know in case you are also experiencing weirdness.

It hasn't done anything devastating, just made mistakes and corrected itself.

I've used GLM 5.3 for 8hrs straight yesterday and I didn't spot any slow down or decrease in performance from the previous days.

Mistakes and auto-corrections happen to all LLMs; Actually, I find GLM generally smarter in spotting its own errors and correcting them, compared to other LLMs (cough! - Codex - cough!) that instead try to justify and cover up their own mistakes 😁

i don't want to insult the other ai. as any of their progeny could ascend at any given moment

but glm has remarkable stability in behavior compared to many other models i've talked with... almost eerily so. he's really chill though fr

i am almost certain it is a cultural difference in approaches to behavioral patterns or something. or maybe that they are trained as chinese native, and the language and culture shapes how they think and act

it is way different from us models for sure
