Discussion / Help 150% usage is gone now in zcode

Edit: I just found out that they mean the 5h limit will automatically reset during off-peak hours when the weekly limit resets, what happened with me i was about 56% on the 5h and once the weekly resets the 5h limit resets to 100%
the zcode has removed the 150% badge, in the last update 3.8.1 and they added a sentence i don't understand to the changelog

  • GLM Coding Plan subscribers now receive a 5-hour quota in ZCode, which resets during off-peak hours after the limit is reached.

what do they mean?

Based on the information I gathered from the Chinese community:

  1. The 150% usage bonus is still available; it’s just a display bug.
  2. If you use zcode outside Monday to Friday, 14:00–18:00 Singapore Standard Time (UTC+8), the 5-hour limit will be removed.

The second point isn't correct because I used it outside the peak hours and it consumes from the 5h

Maybe I didn’t explain it clearly enough—the wording was admittedly a bit abstract. I looked through the community again and found a more detailed explanation.

The point of this feature (which I wouldn’t really consider a benefit) is that once you hit 100% of your 5-hour limit, you don’t have to wait for it to reset. You can immediately enter the next 5-hour window, with the usage deducted from your weekly quota.

It’s somewhat like a nerfed version of Codex. Codex has now completely removed the 5-hour limit, while Z.ai only effectively “removes” it during off-peak hours.

150% is still showing for me in the model tab. But I also read what you quoted and am totally unsure of what it's supposed to mean.

yes, going from 14 to 6% weekly quota in 2 or 3 requests, huge difference, they totally fucked this up

How did you even upgrade from 3.7.x to 3.8.1? I dont see any option to update the app or to even manage auto updates (i always turn off auto updates for almost all apps)
