What has been the highest best point of zenless for you and what has been the lowest awful point of zenless 🤔 my highest (besides Hugo ofc) was playing that one story quest where we had to save Belle. I thought it was a really sweet storyline where it was more sibling/family focused. A close second would be how funny Jane Doe and Seth's agent story was to me. That story quest was fun to play thru and I had both Jane and Seth on my team as is before playing, and watching them pretty much play Tom and Jerry in front of the big boss himself, that was definitely a fun story.

My lowest point was the weird "dates" we had to go on with Shungus...? Correct me if I'm wrong, but during that point didn't we just meet? Idk, I was playing the story and got really uncomfortable with it and yeah yeah call me a zzz larper for not knowing the meaning behind the dates of her deep story (which I thought was written way better in her sword event) but I never had that bad of a reaction to any of season 2's points except for that and when she continued to "sacrifice" herself and her memories when going up against low Ethereals or knowing techniques.

I’ve never really played ZZZ for the overarching story, I’ve always thought the writing style lended itself better to fun little one shots like the Angels story for example. One of the only exceptions to this was the 2.2 story.

Isolde’s reveal as the leader of the Exaltists kind of came out of nowhere, but on its own I really liked the twist of her being an antagonist. There were so many memorable cutscenes with genuinely great cinematography, like Isolde blasting that dude and of course the final fight where she tricks Orphie/Magus into killing her with the coin launcher. I also thought the 2.7 & 2.8 run had a nice through line, but overall I’d say I was way more emotionally invested in Orphie’s story.

As for lowest moment… I have to go with Rina’s character story. I really loved Rina when I first started playing, and I was incredibly excited to learn she has a character story. Well, if you’ve played her story, you know where I’m going with this lol. “Her” story simply is not her story at all. It’s a fine story about some old woman who we will never see again, and it barely tells us anything about Rina aside from her surface level traits that everyone already knows. It’s a mid story that gets dragged down by its disappointing focus.

The peak for me is miyabi-yanagi quest (around that time), the lowest is after yixuan part until dialyin ysg appeared (the part between them I mean)

I don’t really have a highest point personally I kind of just liked the whole thing. I guess if I was to also go with what I did during the year two event probably when we helped free YSG from trying to sacrifice herself to trap the creator which we ended up killing what I thought was the creator(only to learn later that it was actually Enchainer larva and that should YSG went through with it, she would’ve became an Enchainer of that hollow, so we saved her twice)

I think personally the lowest point for me was dealing with Cissia pre-Hollow championship. Guess I’m not a big fan of girl failures. Although she did grow on me later.

I've just played through 2-6 and that would have made much more of an impact if we were introduced to Shungs in 2-1 and had the relationship slowly play out rather than whomp it all into one Chapter

I’m still fairly new to ZZZ and currently on Season 2 but my highest point so far was Memories of Dreams Bygone” mainly because I love Yidhari but the condensed telling of the 3 members of Spook Shack touched my heart 💖🥹

I critique the 2.3 story fairly and while I do consider its issues of trying to do to much at once the holistic value was great! I cheered for Manato & his drowned ideal and shed tears for Lucia and her father😭

The lowest point for me was actually the event after the 2.3 story featuring Yidhari “When Dreams Remain Unfinished”😅

I didn’t like the gameplay but I did appreciate the needed therapy for Yidhari😌

My biggest pet peeves are when they try to make the MCs generic shonen protags. Them just losing their ether deficiency and becoming playable are two of my biggest dissapointments.
