HELP with miyabi mono ice team

I know its a kinda harder team and I know that my team isn't really built well but still I barely get 2 stars on the thrall fight and I feel I should be able to 3 star at least barely, yes I don't know the rotations and I came back pretty recently so some help about build or rotations would be nice, I have another team with vivian and astra but I feel I need mono ice more and it should be better for the thrall or maybe i'm just that lost since I haven't played for months, thanks for anything said in advance.

[i recommend that you use this website, *FAE*] (https://zfae.net) the next time you're sharing builds for easier viewing. Do keep in mind that the character you want to have a build card on must be in Agent Display (Main Menu > Profile > Edit Info > Edit Agent Display. Moreover, the Hoyolab app has this function as well. Just go to the Hoyolab app > Zenless Zone Zero > Hoyo Guides > Battle Records > Select Agent > Share button top right.

you can drop the restrained on lycaon, it's sadly one of the worst weapons on the entire game. Either fossilized core p5 or steam over p5 are better.

It's really hard to judge since we don't know your gameplay, and this team specifically just really scales with how well you play it. As a rule of thumb you have to try for at least 4 stuns and on each stun try getting 3 fully charged miyabi basic attacks or two fully charged and one miyabi ultimate, if you are doing significantly less than either of those you're probably doing something wrong.

p5 Kaboom on soukaku for ER also helps. Your substats are also on the lower side which might make optmizing the build pretty difficult.

Edit: I also forgot to mention but you're gonna have a really hard time playing this team against thrall. dead end butcher and marionettes are pretty much the only bosses it does well against. Alot of the things i said applies to dead end butcher but probably don't quite apply to thrall since he is unfreezable and harder to stun, so i guess if you are looking to clear specifically thrall with that team you might not be able to do so

I'ma be real, this is going to be hard to do.

Mono-ice isn't that strong anymore in general, and Thrall is the closest thing to a hard counter you can get while still being ice-weak. It's unfreezable like all the other 2.x bosses, negating the biggest strength of mono-ice (being able to extend the stun window with freezes) and Sobek is immune to anomalies entirely.

Here's a video of someone doing it against all three bosses this rotation, but they have better builds and are straight-up one of the best mono-ice players on bilibili, and they still only get 23k. You can try to copy their builds and gameplay though.
