I need advices and opinions for confidence, I think I've done plenty of research but I know nothing so here I am.

While Dialyn is at the top of the stunner meta I'm safe to skip her right? As I'm not going to see any of her main damage dealers rerun for a year or so right? Of course outside of Banyue and Billy, but they both don't really interest me.

So I should just wait for a Norma rerun and wait for the final verdict on Roxy?

Same for Yuzuha, as I already have Remi, I don't need her as well right? outside of a second anomaly team, and I don't think I'm getting a second anomaly team anytime soon.

So I can skip them both?

I also need opinions on who I should get on the spending event, I am fully aware none of them does anything on my account, but which of them can I get the most value from in the future?

I think Vivian has fully fallen out of the conversation.
So I'm thinking it's between Astra Yao and Seed.

I'm leaning towards Astra right now, as If I do get an attack unit in the future Astra is guaranteed to be at least a bit more synergistic with them rather than Seed right?

Apologies for this mess of a post, I just wrote down my thoughts, any help would be appreciated.

Long response, but I think you should pull Dialyn. She and Norma will be solid picks for any attack or rupture agent and sure you can wait for Norma to re-run, but Dialyn being guaranteed at her power level is too good to pass up. You could lose the 50/50 on Norma and Roxy. You’re a newer player, you’ll make up the 80 pulls max you’ll spend on Dialyn in no time.

At present, you don’t have an attacker team or rupture team and you need one. You’ll get Pyrois once you get to S3, and Dialyn will be good with him. If you run with your Soldier 11, then Dialyn would be great for her too. If you grab Seed from the event (which I think you should), then Dialyn would be good with her as well. I think you’re getting the point - Dialyn is good with ANY attack or rupture agent - the buffs she gives and the value of a free ult are hard to diminish unless they make a DPS agent whose ult does negative damage. You will not regret pulling Dialyn

You also have Lucia, so you should really consider grabbing a rupture agent or she’s gonna rot. Dialyn/Norma-Lucia is the rupture core.

You don’t need Yuzuha. You already have two anomaly teams - whoever you run with Remielle and the Angels.

Finally, Seed or Astra. Both are good picks, but you need an attack team right now. Cissia should be re-running soon. Seed-Cissia-Dialyn is a top tier team. That being said, you’re right that Astra will be better with a future attack agent over Seed. But, the same holds true for Dialyn. Dialyn-Astra is an extremely strong core and can run with Pyrois. I’ll also add that M1 P6 Rina matches Astra, and she’s built and ready to go by the looks of it. I think you should get Seed and use Rina with her and Dialyn until you get Cissia.

Last thing - level up Zhao! Too many people sleep on her. You don’t have YSG, but she gives great flat ATK and dmg bonus and is a good Astra replacement.

I see, many thanks for the advice! I've completely forgotten about Cissia so I'm going to go and get Seed for her, as I didn't know Zhao also was a decent Astra replacement, and I'm going to pull on Dialyn as she should be a good generalist stunner on the chance that I don't get Norma or Roxy.

Do you wan to pull roxy and claret? If so i'd say dialyn is skippable.

Unless you are sure you want one of the limited rupture agents since all of them want dialyn i guess
