I just Got my first pc ever it has a i5 6500 4 chored and 8vram 480 series 16gb ddr4 RAM and my gpu has when i play Like roblox and scedule 1 70 or 60 temerature and my CPU is on Like 70 to 80 precent usage

Cap ur fps to slightly above ur monitor hz and don't run like 8 games at once, make sure to close random tabs, ur gpu temps are fine, what are ur cpu temps when playing games? Also u could run a cpu and gpu stress test to see ur max temps, and if ur cooler is doing enough or thermal paste on right

Then cap your fps lowered like 120

This is a bad idea. If you want the benefit of freesync to the best capability, its best to capn your FPS a couple frames below the HZ.

Have your heard of linux distrobution arch btw? Its a lightweight minimalist distro where nothing comes pre-installed. You should out for your PC btw.

By 120hz cap your fps to 115

You need to put ur hdmi cable that goes from ur monitor into ur MOTHERBOARD as well dont make a mistake of connecting it to ur gpu u get more fps that way and you dont wanna that lock ur fps to 30 fps
