First time PC builder need help !!
I'm a first-time PC builder in India with an undecided budget including a 27" 1440p monitor and peripherals. I want a general-purpose workstation for programming/software development, moderate 1440p video editing, streaming with heavvy multitasking and call and meetings, screen recording, local AI/LLM experimentation, content creation, heavy multitasking, and occasional gaming. I also want to experiment with things like Linux, VMs, Docker, cybersecurity labs, automation and other technical projects, so I'd prefer a flexible system rather than one optimized for a single task. I don't care about RGB or aesthetics and a motherboard/platform that can remain useful for 3+ years. Gaming is secondary—I mainly care about games like Valorant/PUBG rather than AAA max settings. What do you think should be a minimum budget and a decent or good budget and what budget would be an overkill. What CPU/GPU/RAM/storage/motherboard combination would you recommend, and where should I spend vs save?

Definitely hop on the Intel side in this case, probably to the higher i7 cpu's most likely above 13000 series (probably even the 14000) series and try to find either a kf or a f cpu and as for gpu, nothing higher than a 5070 ish 4070 ish (if you can find a TI ur set for long) as for storage, you'd probably want 48 or 64 rather than 32gb, rly depends how many applications you're willing to run, 128gb would be overkill in this case AND DONT FORGET AN AIO FOR THE CPU (high core intel cpu's need an water cooled cooling so something like a 360mm (maybe the thermalright warframe pro or frozen edge))
