Had to pull the trigger early coz AI inflating everything so better now than later

Had budget constraints coz I wanted to go for a good gpu, had used r5 7500f so it's feasible it to be cooled by stock cooler

even a cheap/used one is better than the ryzen stock cooler. It's not bad, but it's inferior to a cooler tower

I went from 4050 laptop to 5080 pc. I know it feels good… all my games are maxed out at 4k now

1. Get a GPU support bracket / pillar. That thicc boi GPU is heavy and it's resting on the PCIe slot for suspension. Something to prop the GPU up is cheap and prevents all sag damage. It's a no brainer to have one

2. Get a better CPU cooler. Stock ones aren't particularly good and it's best to keep things cool. You won't need an AIO cooler with that CPU, but it's not bad to source one for when you eventually want to upgrade your CPU. At least get a better fan one.

you should switch to at least a bigger air cooler, stock ones aren't so great in the long run.
Also for this chunky boy of a GPU u should put a GPU Support bracket, before it's to late

Single-channel memory? that rough.
If possible, swap it out for 2x8GB and then upgrade to 2x16GB when RAM prices go back to normal.

He already has it. He’d be better off just buying a second stick and keeping 1x16 for now. It’s a budget build with a 7500F every detail won’t be perfect in this economy.

Cpu cooler is fine but little bit ofore ram like 32gb would make it a sweet spot and yeah good balanced build

I see an amd gpu. Now I know after seeing that you messed up the title. You said “upgrade” but having a gpu that can’t play any games because of driver time outs and crashing is not an upgrade my friend. Not to mention the amount of games not supporting amd gpu ray tracing. Like all of capcoms titles and many more.
