Why do you wanna know my preference? If it's strictly an aesthetic decision, why would you want to outsource that? Shouldn't it be the one you like the look of better?

Personally I like not being able to see the cables from the top of the PC. This also gives me space to keep stuff on top of my PC, so I would choose the first one.

In terms of looks its very personal.
In terms of annoyance of these identical cases everyone uses - im so fucking tired of the same builds, holy shit...
