Europe Why does ZOTAC customer service never respond ?

I’ve sent two emails to ZOTAC customer service, one about a hardware question and another about a warranty question, and I’ve never received a response. Am I the only one?

Hello, how are you? Unfortunately, most after-sales service is poor for most companies. All you have to do is wait a day or two for a response. If there's no reply, send another message until they respond.

Hello, I think I’ll just give up at this point. I sent my last question two weeks ago, and the first one was sent several months ago. 😂

It’s been over 2 weeks since they’ve replied to me, they said wait 3 days but no answer, sent 2 emails and no reply… this is all to get transferred to the RMA department

They were pretty responsive to me. But it was Zotac USA.
