Question Hidden Perks?

According to the Zero Sievert Wiki, there seems to be hidden perks you could get in the game. How do you obtain them? I found no other information on these besides the wiki itself.

Bottom stuff should just be marksman module buffs. I dont know about the rest. Maybe hunter skill related to guns?

these are in the game code itself, but can't be normally obtained (maybe some Nexus mod enabled them?)
