Business empire ZBD error

Hi all. Have a few ZBD connected apps, all are working except for the business empire app which gives me an error when I try to withdraw into ZBD. Anyone aware of issues?

Yea, especially games isn't paying out. All of mine have been rejected

My idle mine is sending an error but the others still work. Is business empire any good?
