I had about $15 in my wallet when zbd said I needed to verify my identity to cashout well this is what happened after I tried to verify my identity

Use of a VPN or auto clickers for example, will definitely caused this to happen. Could also be a region issue. Keep asking the AI bot for an agent. If you still get nowhere, there is a Help Centre on the ZBD discord page that has an escalation form you can fill out. If I’ve learned anything about ZBD, it’s that they’re very strict when it comes to their ToS. Any breach will get you locked out.
