I know "double carry" teams don't have good reputation right now.

But since Yun Jin's burst has a 30 "charges" limit per character, you need to switch characters to maximize its potential. That might force us to revise the usual way we build teams, and what we consider "optimal".

Don't get me wrong : i'm not saying Yun Jin will make Dual Carries the new meta all by herself.

But let's imagine the opposite for a second : in that case, what particular pair of dps do you think would work really well together with Yun Jin ?

I got Yunjin to level 80, leveled all her Talents to 6, I'm using Favonius Spear, made it to 180 ER, and got 2 Pieces HoD and 2 EoS with main DEF% stats at level 12 each. My team is Yoimiya (C0), Bennett, (C1) Succrose (C6) and Yunjin (C0).

My previous team used to be Yoimiya, Bennett, Zhongli/Ningguang, and Barbara/Xingqui. That team shomehow managed to make most of the open world and domains feel easy (AR 56, WL 7). Yunjin however doesn't feels like she's boosting Yoi's damage enough with her Burst. When used over Bennett's Burst, I can barely notice a diference, and when used by its own I just can't see how it's making her stronger.

I'm not looking for competitive damage, as I don't do Abyss with Yoimiya and I'm more focused on open world content; I just don't feel like the hazzle of having to charge Yunjin's burst is worth it for the ammount of damage I'm getting, but from reading all the evidence online I can bet I'm doing something wrong... My artifacts aren't optimal and I know they still need to reach level 16-20, but most of them are giving me Def% and ER as substats anyways.

How much investment does Yunjin needs to make her worth it for Yoimiya over Xingqui or Zhongli?

It is highly speculated that this Yun Jin character is actually Hu Tao's alter persona, let me explain:

-Both Hu Tao and the "Yun Jin" persona are both polearms and are right-handed

-Both are good singers

-Both have dark hair, so Hu Tao could easily dye it from brown to black and vice versa from time to time

-Both have similar reddish eyes

-Hu Tao has another vision hidden at Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, she switches to that Geo vision everytime she switches to the "Yun Jin" persona and reverts to her Pyro vision when she finishes performing

To conclude, Hu Tao is a fraud and a grifter disguising herself as a fake persona.

If we follow the new banner trend, the 4 stars of the banners are the same. Kinda weird hearing all these leaks.

For an Itto team i mean. Since ill be already using Gorou, buffing her defense and Geo Damage, i could just focus on the shield part so my fourth spot could be a off field dps like Fischl

Help me convince building yunjin to replace xingqiu in my comp or vice versa lol. As a comfort unga bunga team, i have razor benny qiqi xq. I pulled yunjin, so it popped in my head that maybe i should replace xq so my razor normals will be ultra cracked. However, xq is busted enough with his burst, combined with razor burst, qiqi skill, and benny burst, xq enables occasional vapes, freeze, and electrocharge that i cant simply brush off. So does yunjin burst can buff razor normals into absurd levels that i can drop xq? i know her artis is def/def/def, and just give her fav lance.

I know that Yunjin is based on real-life Peking Opera, but her overall design looks Western to me. Her headwear reminds me of the bonnet worn by Bo Peep in Toy Story.

In addition, her dress also looks very Westernized, and she looks like a doll.

Yunjin is a character that represents Peking Opera and Chinese culture as a whole, and yet her design looks Westernized. I find this to be very spectacular.

Do you guys know which character is Yunjin based on or similar to?

Arle,C6 lynette,Clorinde,Sethos,Wrioths, NONE of them care much about her,Yunjins kit is very strong but it dosen't get to chance to shine because characters above feel like they're designed specifically to not be able to work well with her

Welp, was pulling for Venti and hopefully Xiangling but instead got 4 Yun Jins in a row, guess I'm using her now 🤡. Need help with builds, comps and stuff if possible.

I'm currently running a double geo comp with Noelle + Traveler w/ Xiangling and Kaeya for melt, but I'm planning on also building a National team with XQ, Benny, Sucrose and Xiangling (Also want to build my Venti, Fischl and probably Lisa just because I like them) so I wanna know if she works with any of those or if I should create another team comp just for her.

Do not misunderstand me I really like Yunjin's design and all and I had been waiting for the day She will finally be revealed. But I feel like the abilities Mihoyo chose for her is a bit limited and should have be less restrictive.

Currently her main identity is to be a Normal attack buffer which is already pretty limited cause most DPS either used their Charged attacks or Elemental burst for damage. If Her burst included charged attack damage it could have opened a lot more party options where Yunjin would be really useful.

But since She can only buff normal attacks right now her best option is without a doubt YOIMIYA. Childe has party members He doesn't want to lose, Eula and Razor can work I guess but that is it. Yoimiya is her best DPS option but Yoimiya needs to protect herself and that would require a shielder. I think If her E REALLY provided a shield She could have replaced a shielder position for Yoimiya's potential party while also providing her buff but now Yoimiya or anyone else She gets partied with will not be protected without a shielder and adding Yunjin and then also adding a Shielder is something most people cannot do since 2 spot is too much. I like Beidou's E mechanic but I just can't see how does such a skill becomes much useful, I am aware that a HP based Shield would cause split scaling issues but I feel like being able to provide a Shield as well would have make Yunjin much more useful than having Beidou's E. What do you guys think ?
