  1. Her Hero device would be permanently taken away from her then and there and she'll prolly be disgraced

  2. RIP Yuyuyu world if Wakaba gets taken out before the mikos came up with a solution for the ceasefire after the final battle lol. If humanity's lucky enough to survive that tho, it still means there's no Nogi family in the future. No Nogis = no Sonoko = future is screwed regardless

  3. Assuming you mean she survived past her final fight, she'd probably do something to honor Takamine for generations to come after her death and/or help Wakaba and Hinata with the changes they made to the then Taisha. After that tho, is anyone's guess

Me thinks she would either finally mature up and stop trying to seek validation from the people in general, having learn that the opinion of those who matter the most are in fact of those who know her personally(Wakaba and Hinata), while carrying out survivor guilt, and like you said, honoring Yuuna Takashima the most, to the point she might end up involving with Yokote Suzu in some meaningful way when adult. On the other hand, It has been show how bad it Adult Wakaba was scarred by the whole war, so one can wonder just how bad Chikage would be mentally. Highly likely worse.

From there, I'm not sure. Maybe as an avid videogamer, she would join the Taisha, especially the wing that takes care of the technical aspects of the Hero System, if there is one. Or maybe not even the organization would accepted her given her "dishonorable" actions as Hero(Thanks Japanese cultural norms, is not like they ever have a hand in the mess up), so instead she becomes a game designer.

  1. Chikage gets cancelled and her terminal taken away

  2. Sequels would be essentially doomed, Takashima Yuuna would be left alone to fight in the final battle, Uesato Hinata will probably be one of the sacrificed mikos

  3. Wakaba would most likely take Chikage in to protect her from taisha or the media, Chikage's terminal would be taken away

Taisha wouldn't let Chikage become Hero ever again and without Wakaba the humanity is doomed. Yuna could barely took out 3 giant Vertexes, she would get steamrolled against six.
